Shelby (Sandford) Moran passed away on January 18, 2025, following a motor vehicle accident. She was 29 years old.
A sentimental and optimistic woman, she frequently found four-leaf clovers and gave them to those she thought needed them. Shelby had a strong desire to learn from the time she was very young.
She liked school and had an insatiable hunger for learning new things. In 2017, Shelby received her degree from Western University, and in 2019, she earned her degree from Kings College at Western. integrating psychology, philosophy, and theology.
Shelby tried to understand the nature of consciousness, connection, and what it means to be living. She went on to achieve her MSW in 2023. It was her dearest wish to establish a grief counselling practice. She hoped to combine her love of nature with her passion for emotionally supporting people to discover inner peace in the stillness of forests.
Shelby made it quite evident that she had no desire for a funeral. Rather, we urge you to partake in whatever practice that provides you with comfort or tranquility. Family and close friends are invited to a special celebration of life.
Her family home, where she resided with her parents and husband, will have a memorial garden created. An appropriate remembrance to honor the life of a woman who developed, thrived, and blossomed during her stay here.
