A tragic shooting early Tuesday morning claimed the life of Stephanie Lynn, also known as Stephanie Wenneberg, at an apartment complex on Chaha Road in Garland, Texas.
Police responded to reports of gunfire just before 2 a.m. on January 21, 2025.
Upon arrival, officers found Stephanie lying in the parking lot with a gunshot wound. She was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment, but sadly, she succumbed to her injuries.
Authorities revealed that the incident occurred during a disturbance involving three individuals: a man and two women. The suspect, identified as 39-year-old Robert Ray Kelly from Dallas, fled the scene before police arrived. Law enforcement is actively searching for Kelly and has urged anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.
